How this is computed
- Premium is 5% of monthly basic salary, counted between ₱10,000 and ₱100,000.
- Employees split it 50/50 with the employer. Self-employed, professionals and voluntary members pay all 5%.
- Not covered: OFW, senior citizen and indigent member rules.

What is the PhilHealth rate for 2026?
5% of your monthly basic salary, the same as 2025. PhilHealth announced no increase for 2026.
Is there a minimum and a maximum?
Yes. Salaries below ₱10,000 are counted as ₱10,000 and salaries above ₱100,000 are counted as ₱100,000, so the premium runs from ₱500 to ₱5,000 a month.
